Google’s AI Overview takes on the role of the classic Google Search by providing a synopsis of the search results rather than links. It was recently made public that the Google AI Overview claimed that Barack Obama, the former US president, is Muslim.
AI Overview said, “The United States has had one Muslim president, Barack Hussein Obama,” in response to a Twitter user’s question on the number of Muslim presidents the country has had.
On Google, a different user inquired about “cheese not sticking to pizza.” AI Overview responded to this by saying to add “roughly 1/8 cup of nontoxic glue to the sauce.”
